More Farming

Hello folks! I didn't get a chance to drop by on Friday to share with you my latest Farmer's Wife blocks, so I'm here today :) I finished up #29 Economy and #103 Whirlwind. I have made a bunch more since my first two blocks, but I'm going to re-do them, as they don't seem to sit together very well? I need to plan out my fabric choices more carefully next time! How are you planning out your colours/fabrics for each block?
Speak soon! Jessie, xo

They're so lovely! With time, the color planning will become second nature. And there's always something creative to do with extra blocks.

Loving your pictures and how you've hung your patches. I always find patching fabric together is like doing a jigsaw. I keep moving it all around until it just feels right, but sometimes I sew them up and then it just doesn't look right. Annoying when that happens.
